Best place we stayed during our China trip. No problems with communication! Very service-oriented. Location - absolutely great - near the lake, but in very silent part of it. Views from windows (in room and dining facilities) are magic and attractive. Very appropriate vibes from vacation!

Superb service from great hospitating staff. They always support on any needs and serve free extras like fresh fruits and tee.the rooms are clean and cosy. We even received an upgrade as the larger room with a bathtube was nood booked, amazing. The breakfast was done with passion, and if you need anything else, the staff try to fulfil them. For any trips they support on organizing and prebooking. It was a great value for the money.

When I first arrived I was quite disappointed that my room didn't look much at all like the photos on the listing. My one recommendation is that this is updated so that people have appropriate expectations... However, I could not help but enjoy my stay here. Overall the hotel felt exceptionally good value, laundry was done for me and I had access to a scooter. Breakfast tea and coffee all included as well. Xiaoming is also a fantastic and attentive host, who seems to look after all his guests well.

Although the breakfast selection is the same daily, our family still enjoyed the simple yet delicious spread. The laundry room is really very helpful as we need to do our loads of clothes and they provide lots of hangers to hang up our clothes. The front desk staff are helpful and prompt in getting your requests attended. The location is great too. Able to walk to many places of interest within a reasonable amount of time.

It is inside the park, so the entrance fee to the park is accounted for. Many attractions in the park itself. Otherwise, it is very convenient location to other attractions outside as well! The view is not majestic but it is very close to nature! Room is very spacious. Toilet and bathroom separated. Room door is with passcode so no need to worry about losing any card. The staff is very friendly, will send you to and fro the park entrance. They will give you nice recommendations. They even went the extra mile to check my train tickets for me. Thank you!
