It wasn’t just one or two staff members who stood out, but rather every team member was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. They quickly and efficiently handled all our requests, creating a very warm and comfortable experience. I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels, but this is the first time I’ve felt compelled to write a letter of appreciation. Location. Outlier character of premises. It’s more of a history museum than a conventional hotel. Some people I came across there were quite memorable. You will not shake the feeling you didn’t sleep in an ordinary hotel.
