Location is excellent. Design of hotel and room is beyond charming. Service is friendly and helpful. When we didn't have time for breakfast (which was included with stay), they put it in a to-go box early in the morning for our pickup.

Staying at this hotel was an incredible experience. We stayed for 4 nights and would highly recommend it for all travelers, whether Chinese nationals or foreigners. The host was super welcoming and helpful, giving us advice and answering any questions we had. He was also easily accessible. The rooms themselves were also clean and it was easy to feel right at home. Overall highly recommend for all travelers!

I highly recommend staying at this hotel! The location is fantastic and easily accessible via Didi; we took it from Guilinxi Train Station without any hassle.
Check-in was quick and straightforward. The reception staff provided us with an English tourist map and some excellent recommendations for Guilin Noodles. They even lent us a power bank to charge our phones—such a thoughtful touch! The hotel is perfectly situated: close to the Sun and Moon Pagoda yet remarkably quiet.
The hotel itself is newly renovated, impeccably clean, and features spacious, bright rooms with amazing shower facilities. A highlight was the heated toilet seat and bidet—what a luxury! I’ll definitely recommend this place to all my friends visiting from Hong Kong.
They have washing and drying facilities and provide laundry liquid as well as a lovely breakfast of both western and asian cuisine!
As a lovely gesture, the manager even gifted us some Guilin dessert crackers upon our departure.

Amazing location with lots of food stalls nearby and great scenary (very close to elephant Trunk Hill and Sun and Moon pagodas), amazing staff that helped us book the activities (thank you again Jenny and Mr Zhang), super cozy room with great bathroom. The location is perfect, can walk to Elephant Trunk Hill, The Sun Pagoda and Moon Pagoda, and Zhengyang Pedestrian Street. The staff (Jennifer and Jerry) were very accommodating and could communicate in English. They helped me booked Li river cruise trip and helped me to contact the guide when I lost her at the pier before the boat departed. Overall it was a good stay.
It is located in a park, where various kinds of trees provide perfect shade for the walking path. One can have a great view of the famous scene "Elephant Trunk Hill" from the park's observation deck. The staff is extremely friendly and is always there for guests. The hotel provides drinking water and fruits to guests. I would highly recommend it to visitors to Guilin.
The location was really good, it was very convenient to walk along the river, go the elephant trunk hill, reach the PCR testing hospital, also, the walking street with local food and shops is two steps from the hotel. Breakfast was also good
