Great and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Spotless clean. Great room service. Professional staff and very attentive. I booked a couple of tours and my concerns were addressed accordingly and immediately by the concierge. Rushing to work everyday I was served a coffee on the go which was great to have with me on the ride.

A beautiful hotel with a convenient central location, a delicious restaurant on the second floor, and very friendly staff. I especially want to mention Xavier Wang from the reception. Xavier Wang was very kind, helped us with all our questions, speaks English well, and assisted not only us but also other guests with their inquiries.
The hotel has wonderful facilities and a delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of variety for all tastes. Location is handy - it took us approximately 8 minutes to walk to Chongwenmen station. The highlight of our stay was the excellent service we received. Front desk, restaurant and room attendant staff were always friendly and helpful. Thank you very much to Iris, in particular, who went above and beyond helping us sort out tickets for museums and the ballet.
