The host, Mark, was absolutely fantastic. Very responsive and helpful. The location was also great and easy to get to, with restaurants and shops nearby. The courtyard space was lovely and a nice break from standard hotels. There is a beautiful little rooftop deck and lounge area which was great after a long day. There were also drinks available which was nice.

Staff were fantastic, very patient. As a traveller from NZ they communicated with me through their translator and took time to make sure we understood each other. Rooms were brilliant. Great location to all the attractions. Metro just a short walk away. Nice local shops for food. This was a holiday at the end of a working trip just what I needed. A lot of character, located on a dark alley that was v interesting, only 300 meters from main blvd. Rooms are small, but have character. Desk manager very helpful w/ adequate English. This hotel is bigger than it looks.

The spa area and pool were wonderful after long days of meetings. Also, the staff was very helpful with advice and assistance for how to get to sightseeing spots and asking for cars when necessary.
