Wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Spacious room and chic decor. We especially enjoyed the bathtub and living room area in our suite. Very nice to have included a portable Marshall bluetooth speaker for a better vibe.
The complimentary social hour at Flow was enjoyable. Evelyn and Hannah went the extra mile to make us feel like home. Excellent service and we had a nice chat.
The "see through" infinity pool was really nice as well. Also love that the neighbourhood is surrounded with lush greenery. Nice place to chill. The bird viewing pavilion was also really special, breathtaking view up there!
We also love that the hotel has a special type of "car" to show us around the island!

First of all, the room space is huge. Secondly, the location of the Hotel near to Conrad Hotel, just walking distance, also near to Canton Tower and other interesting places. This hotel also surrounded with amenities and convenient store, makes it easy to get food and other stuff.
Room was spacious and very clean. It was equipped with all the required amenities.
Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi were great.
There were lots of options in Breakfast menu for both Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian.
Location is great!! Its near to all Business centers, Metro stations and Canton Tower.
Entire hotel staff is very polite and helpful. They made my 6 days long stay very comfortable and memorable.

Appreciated so much the beautiful, well-thought horse-themed decor. It added an extra pleasure to the overall comfortable stay. The room even had a rocking horse ottoman! The room, bathroom, the amenities, lighting options and their control were perfect. A genuine Chinese tea-set with real green tea, not the western bags. Also, rhe location was great, with a subway just around the corner, the Canton Tower seen from the window, and shopping malls across the street.
The room size n the amenities in the room . The staff at reception. The Chinese restaurants serve reasonably good food at affordable prices. The short walking distance to Taojin metro station for easy travel to the city center and canton tower. Good supply of mineral water for guests in the room n reception area.
Everything was great. Less than minute to subway. I went to Poly World Trade Center which is only 2 stations from the hotel. Staffs were great. They are full of service mind, as well as they can speak English fluently. I can see Canton tower from my room on 38th floor too. Neighborhood was quite and clean.
This place is very close to the subway.. also u can walk to the canton tower which is quite pleasant .
The staff are also helpful and we're able to converse and help wz any issues
