The location of the hotel is not great. Not in the walking distance to Hongqiao airport. Takes 16 minute walk to Songhong metro station. A construction site next door. If you follow the sign of entrance, you will come to a blocked gate to the construction site. You have to walk around figure out your own way in and walk inside all the way back to the other side. It is completely a joke. The facility is not great as a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is a bit outside the center but you can get anywhere quickly by metro. The station is a 10-minute walk away, so that's not a problem. The breakfast is really delicious and there was definitely something for every taste. The fact that it was available quite early was also very good. The beds were adequate and the room was big enough for one person. The internet was stable and there is the option to wash and dry your laundry. The large shopping center nearby no longer exists, although there used to be a Starbucks there. But there is a McDonalds at the metro station and small shops around the hotel where you can buy groceries.
Check-in was possible without any problems, and thanks to translation apps there are hardly any language barriers anymore.
