The staff are an asset to the hotel, warm, friendly and supportive. They made my husband’s day when they sang happy birthday & bought him a cake out at breakfast, even the chef was there. Highly recommended this hotel with its comfortable rooms & great location. They also went out of their way to help us when our suitcases didn’t arrive on the flight that we did!

Breakfast and dinner are amazing. The structure is located near the seaside providing a really good view of the ocean. Rooms are large and with style. The hotel also provides a wide variety of half day tour and other services like transfer from/to the airport and rent services for scooter/cars.

The hotel grounds are STUNNING. Some of the most beautiful scenery we have ever seen. The local culture shines through everywhere from the grounds to the room and more. We loved the free bikes provided as it made the distance into town manageable. Fantastic breakfast - the warm croissants were superb.

Amazing hotel, feeling like home! Super comfy, super clean. Great services, the breakfast was delicious, the chef was an excellent guy, just like Pablo and the second guy in the reception, that I cannot recall his name. Rene was great. He picked us up at the airport with flower leis, gave helpful directions and was a wonderful and helpful host. The rooms looked just like the photos and were super clean. Being only a 2 minute walk from Tahai made it all the more special Really an excellent value for the money.
Reasonable price for Easter Island, friendly staff, clean room. Breakfast was simple, but tasty. Host picked up from and to airport (it was free). Close to Main Street and Ahu Tahai.
The hotel is situated by the sea, close to Tahai and there’s also a decent restaurant next door. Very relaxing place to stay in. Received warm welcome and farewell from the staff there.
Very well located close to the sea and not far from the town on one side, and from the Ahu Tahai on the other. The hostel has a nice common area with open kitchen and tables.
The owner was very pleasant, organised airport transfers, facilitated the guide and other utilities. The location of the property was quite nice too, walkable from the sunset point of Ahu Tahai.
Limitless hospitality of Mahine and Valeria. We felt home from the very beginning. The location near to sea-shore and 500 meters from the restaurants, cca. 1 km. from Ahu Tahai, 15 mins from the center, 5 mins from the airport. And you can leave your car open ! And a little swimming pool...
Friendly and helpful host, fully equipped apartment, walking distance to downtown. Apartment just behind Ahu Tahai, the most beautiful sunset point. We loved it.
I spent a very enjoyable 5 days here. It is most convenientally placed near to the main street and only a couple of hundred metres from the small port and restauarants and of course the evening sunset views at Ahu Tahai.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Chez Hiva. It is conveniently located for the airport, and the Ahu Tahai moai and the main shopping area of Hanga Roa are both within easy walking distance. We rented the Maíka duplex apartment, which was spacious and comfortably furnished. Our check-in went smoothly and Lorena the host was very helpful throughout our stay. The property is gated, so feels safe, and there is ample roadside parking outside, which is handy if you have a rental car.
Ximena is doing much more than what is to be expected. She has been a helpful, warmhearted angel. The lovely and thoughtfully decorated Cabanas were more a home than just a place to stay. The location is excellent near a little shop and just a few steps away from Tahai, which is a site that can be entered for free to watch the sunset.
