Good location spacious building - rooms ok although no views and looked onto apts. small pool good to dip in but can’t swim. Gym was ok - staff very helpful and lots of space to relax.

The people who works there, everyone cares about you, from cleaning crew to restaurants, , pool, 16th floor!!! concierge and front desk. There is not person in that hotel who doesn’t take care of you.

This is a beautiful and elegant hotel located in walking distance to Plaza de Armas, La Moneda Palace, and several museums and other sites. The terrace has a nice view and excellent food. Everyone is friendly and we loved the library (with wine available also). We will certainly stay again if we return to Santiago!
Breakfast is very good with a wide selection of fruit, bread and eggs if desired. The hostel is within 4 blocks of the Bella Vista area where there a good selection of bars and restaurants. Easy walking or metro distance to Plaza de Armas. Each of the rooms is a bit different since the hostel is in an older home. The rooms in the back are quieter. No AC but most nights are cool. Exceedingly helpful staff.
The hotel is perfectly located - it's one minute from the metro and seven from Plaza de Armas and main museums. The room was big, comfortable, and well-heated. There is a kettle in the room and a very good supply of coffee and tea. The breakfast was brought to the room, which was pretty convenient. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, providing a perfect balance of care and privacy. I would definitely stay there again)

Great location within 4 blocks walking distance to Plaza de Armas and it's cathedral and museums. Centrally located for other attractions as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived in the morning after a 13-hour flight and they gave us rooms early (for a small charge). Tucked on a side street off the main drag, the hotel is quiet, and we felt very safe. Breakfast had good choices of fruit, cheese, bread, coffee. Great place from which to explore the city.
Located on a very quiet street (compared to the nearby streets) and only one short block to San Lucia Hill and 10 minutes walk to Plaza de Armas and 15 minutes to Mercado Central. Luggages can be dropped off before checkin and stored after checkout. We were cruisers, departed from ship in Valparaiso at 8 am, private van to the hotel at 10 am, dropped off luggages, walked around to visits, came back at 3 pm to checkin. Next day checked out (can be 12 noon), left baggages until came back to retrieved at 5 pm, then hotel arranged taxi to airport.
The apartment has everything you need to feel at home away from home. Clean, pleasant, everything works. It is a gated community, therefore very safe. Great view on Cerro Santa Lucia. Excellent location: Cerro Santa Lucia is 2 minutes away, a huge Lider supermarket in the same block, a bunch of good restaurants and a Starbucks on Merced street, and just 3 blocks from the center of the city, Plaza de Armas. The hosts, David and Jaime, are friendly, very helpful, and a pleasure to talk to.
The location was perfect to walk around the city. I went to the museum, the local market, Plaza de Armas, etc. on foot. The subway station is also close. All the staff members are very kind. The room is very clean. It has a kitchen, so this hotel is also good for a long stay. The ham & cheese sandwich they gave me every day is tasty by baking on a pan! The hotel is really reasonably priced for this location.
Excellent apartment for a couple who want to stay in the center of Santiago. Walking distance to metro stations and tourist attractions such as Plaza de Armas, Palacio La Moneda and Barrio Bellavista. An incredible view of the city, especially at night. The host, Cristopher, is very friendly, concerned with every detail and attentive. The bed and the shower are excellent. Good LG TV with Netflix and other streaming apps installed. Great value for money.
The staff were really lovely. A Chilean friend who I hadn't seen in years came by, and they were super nice about letting her park. The wifi worked well. The hotel is in a decent location--can easily walk to the Plaza de Armas and you have easy subway access, too.
