The beds are super comfortable and the staff are all lovely and very helpful. Lovely view from the room. I’ve loved the complimentary bottles of water in the fridge and we could ask for extra coffee pods for the morning.

We had a fantastic stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The service and housekeeping was on point as you would expect from a Mandarin Oriental, bringing attention to every detail.
The pool area transports you to a resort atmosphere, forgetting you are in the middle of the city.
The restaurant Matsuri was phenomenal, we ate there on multiple occasion because we wanted to explore all that the menu could offer.
A short ballet rendition of the Nutcracker was organized in the lobby around Christmas time which lifted everyone's spirit.

Great location for a 4-night stay near Las Condes district and just a few blocks away from subway line and Costanera Center. One bedroom apartment was just right for two adults with a second bed added in the living area. Staff was very gracious and made sure we felt welcome.

The location, the ambience and the decor are selling points enough, but it's the dedication and personal attention of the staff that makes this boutique hotel special. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are tranquil and the patio area is great. Close to Los Leones metro station, a short walk to Costanera Center and several nice restaurants.

Although close to vibrant roads and city places, the location is very quiet. The rooms are spacious and windows can be opened. Breakfast is better than the average Chilean Hotel breakfasts, although if all seats occupied it took a while to refill the buffet. If you are in a hurry, such situation produce discomfort. If not, does not matter.
