Beautiful old hotel just outside Bad Ragaz. Booked to be near the thermal spa which was unfortunately closed but would be very close by if they had been open. Lovely buffet breakfast.

Easy reservation, smart and easy automated check in, pretty clear instructions on where to park. Didn’t have to face or talk to a single person, which was amazing!

Very dull and without atmosphere. Expected much more since the name is all about Heidi and that was the purpose of the visit. The area of the hotel is almost part of an industrial site and not very nice. The view on the mountains from the breakfast-room was better.
