This hotel was very clean, the attention to details was very noticeable and the views from our balcony were amazing. We were greeted by the owners upon arrival and were taken care of till we checked out.
This mountain accommodations is set in a car-free zone at an altitude of 4760 feet above Altdorf and Flüelen. Berggasthaus Eggberge can only be reached by cable car.

I absolutely loved my overnight stay at Berggasthaus Eggberge. From the moment you step into the cable car up the moment, you’re literally being transported to a more serene, more peaceful and beautiful version of the world. The views are simply stunning, the staff and owners incredibly friendly. I also highly recommend Andy’s Brew, the owners very own beer. It’s delicious:) Wish I’d stayed a few more days to explore the beautiful surroundings.

Location was perfect. Front staff were very helpful to plan trips and understand the area. Food was perfect. Note is a little self serve but I didn’t mind that. Kept things simple. Beautiful sitting room, Barr overlooking the valley. Nothing to complains about.
