The staff were friendly, accomodating and really helped make it such a special experience. I proposed to my girlfriend whilst we were staying and they really made extra effort to make it memorable including roses and decoration of the room, advice on champagne etc. They have mutliple restaurants on site and the mountain view is stunning!

Where to start? The place is a little island of peace and quietness in the middle of a forrest. At the same time, it is extremely close to the village (15 minutes walking distance). In addition, there is a private transport service organised by the hotel, which was extremely convenient for skiing.
The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. They go the extra mile to make your stay nothing less than perfect, and do so while creating a very personal atmosphere.
There is a restaurant in the hotel, which offers a very good selection of local and European dishes, and the wine selection is exquisite.
Even though the rating of the WiFi on this website is a bit lower, the hotel fixed this convincingly by providing you with a wifi receiver to take to the room. This fully solved any issue that might have been there in the past, since the wireless internet worked perfectly.

Saas-Fee is an excellent location for admiring and exploring the Swiss Alps. Winter sports find a perfect venue here as well. Although a car-free village, high-star hotels will offer shuttles to nearby points of interest and to/from the main village parking.

Beautiful village, nice quiet skiing, but VERY limited in slopes. A good skier will ski this area in a day then wonder what to do for the rest of the weeK!
Its a galcier resort which means good quality ski conditions early and late in the season.
Excellent restuarants and bars too, shopping excellent... of course its switzerland so dont expect anything to be cheap

There isn’t much not to like at this apartment. Communication was easy and accessible. The location was perfect for us to walk from the parking, to all the lifts, restaurants and bars, and also the supermarkets.
The apartment was stocked with everything we needed to make our holiday in Saas-fee fantastic - not only a Wii for the big kids, but a raclette oven and fondue sets for all of us to enjoy after a fun day outside.
Waldhotel Fletschhorn is one of these unique places where one regrets not being able to attribute a 6th star (although the hotel is only rated 4*). The unbeatable view of the mountains coupled with the kindness and professionalism of the staff makes it a must-see in Saas-Fee.
The property owner was very quick to pick us up from the terminal as Saas-Fee at our convinent time.
The apartment was overall nice though overall atmosphere was basic and not very warm.

In an apartment above us there was a very noisy family - not the property owner fault, and he actually asked them to be quite per our request and this is appreciated.
This hotel was fabulous. The room was silent (the hotel is situated in a quiet location in Saas-Fee) and the total blackout curtains in the room meant that light from outside didn't wake me up in the mornings.
The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with a wide variety of delicious food of a very high quality.
The staff were extremely kind and helpful and they really go the extra mile to ensure you have the perfect stay.
I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely stay here again when I am next in Saas-Fee!
High-quality flat with good beds. The apartment was spotless. The owners are amiable and helpful. The location is in the middle of Saas-Fee, but slightly behind the main road and pretty calm. Great view in the direction of the ski region from the balcony.
The room was wonderful with a great balcony view overlooking Saas-Fee and the surrounding Allalin mountains. The hosts were wonderful - super friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The traditional Walliser Abend was an excellent experience - really delicious raclette. Excellent breakfast with good coffee. The private sauna and hot-tub were also wonderful to have use of at the hotel. My girlfriend and I would come back anytime!

The Apartment is well equipped, super clean and modern and just a short walk (10mins) to the two main ski lifts.

Chalet Jessica is a duplex apartment with 4 bedrooms, each having a private bathroom. The view from the living room is breathtaking. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything and anything you need if you are motivated to cook on your own. It's very well located in the center of Saas-Fee, 10 minutes away from the main parking and the ski shuttle. We had a wonderful stay and we will definitely come back in the future, probably in the summer as well.
Everything was excellent! It's a must stay while in Saas-Fee. The breakfast was fabulous, with a vast variety of food. The owner and his family were very helpful and kind. The hotel is ideally located!
