The rooms were spacious and and the bathroom was modern and clean. The breakfast variety was incredible with lots of breads, fruits, cheeses, and cereals, and the view across the lake is hard to beat. The restaurant staff are all so kind and hospitable.

We were in a duplex flat. Very nice, magnificent view of the lake and mountains from balcony. Breakfast has all the healthy options you can want. Dinner in the hotel restaurant is fine too. Location is perfect for Niederhorn, and Interlaken and Jungfrau area is very easy to reach with public transport. Didn't have to use our car once.
Brilliant location in charming Beatenberg, close to transport and Niederhorn Cable car. Room was spacious and well equipped, beds super comfortable and balcony views magnificent. Included breakfast was amazing as were the dinners we had on the days the Restaurant was open. All staff were warm, friendly, informative and very accommodating. Cannot thank Bernie and Jacky and the team enough for making our short stay a truly memorable one.
Staff was really nice and helpful. Although equipment is abit old, room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Location is the starting point for hiking trails for Niederhorn, bus is in front of hotel so super convenient. Incredible view. I didn’t have the chance to try the Chinese restaurant, but the restaurant was quite full of locals for dinner, dishes look nice and good!
Alpenparadies is well named - it is paradise! The accommodation is beautiful and well equipped and the views of the Alps and Lake Thun are breathtaking. We loved the position - ideal for a quick hike up to the Niederhorn before breakfast (only joking but our kids did this!) or catching the free bus to Interlaken or the lake for a refreshing swim. We could also be happy just watching the ever changing views of the mountains from the balconies.

We have stayed twice and both rooms we had were very spacious (duplex and normal).
Matresses were great, though kids slept on the sofas.
Adequate kitchen facilities.
Staff were very helpful and professional!
Spa area is fairly small but the steamroom and Finnish sauna were great!
The hotel is located just 400m from Niederhorn lift, which was very helpful.
