Sonya and Sven were the friendliest of hosts in their stylishly-appointed and very comfortable chalet hotel in a stunning setting with panoramic mountain views. Our dinner - an imaginative and optional ‘surprise’ medley of dishes - was exquisite. Ingredients are locally sourced or foraged from the surrounding mountains and creatively curated by Sven to deliver delicious, delicate tastes and visually-beautiful combinations.
