Everything was just wonderful, the decor is stunning and attention to detail in all areas. All the staff were very professional and welcoming, especially the head concierge he really gave us great advice.
The temperature in the room was optimum and lovely to be able to open the windows fully for fresh air .

Incredibly accessible via train, bus and even by foot, the main bulk of the shops and restaurants reaching no further than a 15 minute walk in a straight line. We booked this hotel with intention of visiting the jungfraujoch (as most of the guests) and for this purpose it was fantastic.
Reception staff is very nice and too much support in all of our requirement. Interlaken Youth hostel location is very close with Interlaken OST train station that is very convenience for travel in every place.
Very convenient location just 2 minutes walk from the Interlaken Ost train station, hence great to do on day trips using Interlaken as a base. Spacious with 3 bathrooms + 2 bedrooms. There was air conditioning which provided good ventilation, which is not a given for many accommodation options in Switzerland.
Our triple room had balcony with breathtaking views of the mountains, Good wifi, location 12-15 min walk to the Interlaken Ost train station but public bus stop at 1 min walk from hotel if you dont want to walk on a flat road. Eating places nearby. Free water dispencer at the lobby area. The hotel is old and needs update to its decor but for Interlaken it is v good as we spent most of the time outside.
Our room was very warm and cosy. Was a good location as COOP was just down the road and plenty of food options were available close by. The kitchen facility was handy as well.
We could walk to both Interlaken West & Interlaken Ost train stations.

Affordable accommodation can be hard to find in Interlaken, but Hotel Alpina is a more budget-friendly option. It’s not far from the Interlaken OST train station, making it convenient for trips to Jungfrau. There is a supermarket nearby.

One of the most beautiful and relaxing place I've ever stayed. Friendly people at the reception, room comfy, clean, spacious and quiet, very nice view to the Harder Kulm from the balcony. It brings a warm peace of mind.
Location is great about 15min of walking from the Interlaken Ost train station or take the bus from outside the hotel.
I hope to travel again and spend more time around.
