The staff, Mark and David are great. We were always greeted at the entrance and exit of the hotel, helped plan trips and gave everything possible to make the guests happy.

Everything was just wonderful, the decor is stunning and attention to detail in all areas. All the staff were very professional and welcoming, especially the head concierge he really gave us great advice.
The temperature in the room was optimum and lovely to be able to open the windows fully for fresh air .
