This hotel was outstanding. The staff was very helpful. Alf was especially helpful. He went out of his way to give us written directions to different places. We appreciated his suggestions and support. The breakfast was delicious, and the kitchen staff was very kind.

Too much people. In the hotel they don’t have enough room to attend the number of people that they receive. A luxury hotel like this is unacceptable that you dont find seat to have breakfast
We had a nice stay in Swiss Wine by Fassbind. The view in our room is good, we can see Lausanne Cathedral from our room.
