This hotel was so perfect for us. Perfect location right near the Lake and Old town. Also close to places to eat and shop. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Anything we needed they helped us with a smile. The rooms were very pleasant and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. And the spa! The spa and rooftop pool were absolutely incredible. So many pools and jacuzzis to soak in. Would highly recommend staying here.

Fabulous location in the Old Town. Numerous coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants at your footsteps. Great shopping area. Only about 10 minutes to the train station and 15 minutes to coach parking. Staff in the restaurant and front desk extremely courteous and helpful…always a smile on their face. Room and bathroom very clean and made up every day. Air conditioning, which was required during my trip due to the hot weather, worked extremely well. Bottled water was replaced every day in my room. Breakfast was fabulous. Eggs and bacon were cooked fresh as per my order on arrival in the restaurant. Breakfast served in their main restaurant which had great ambience…white tablecloths and candles all over the place. Waitresses and manager made you feel like home. Free at the front desk every day…sweet cherries, nectarines, bottled water and nespresso coffee. Easy on line checkout.

This is a very nice hotel. Not only the location, which is few minutes walk from train stable, but also its comfortable room and good quality breakfast. Staff are very helpful and friendly, especially the lady receptionist we met. We had city view facing Bahnhofstrasse, which was nice especially in the evening. This hotel made our last night in Switzerland a perfect visit.
I love the room! It's nice. I like vintage style room with elegant personality and that's what I got. Very nice and helpful staff. Easy walk from the train station (10-15 minutes). There are many shops and restaurants around. And only 20 minutes train ride from the airport. Walking distance to the Bahnhofstrasse shopping street. I would stay here again if I ever travel to Zurich again.
We were upgraded upon arrival. Very easy self check-in with assistance from attentive receptionist/barman. The room was spacious with nice little details, such as Marshall speakers. Great location, very close to the train station and next to Bahnhofstrasse.
Hotel location is excellent, right in the middle of Zurich historic Old Town, a few minute (less than 10 minute) walk to almost everything, foods, drinks, shops, and attractions, but on a small side street, like an alley, about one block off the Bahnhofstrasse, the famous shopping street. The hotel is a boutique hotel with excellent facilities, clean, modern look, and confortble spacious room. Breakfast is good and hours are excellent, from 6:30 to 12 noon! The staff were very attentive, and courteous.
This hotel is very close to the sprawling Zürich HB atation, and just off the famous Bahnhofstrasse.
