Location was perfect. Room was beautiful. Staff were incredible. The doormen were wonderful and full of great information, and I felt very safe. I really enjoyed the touch of The Exchange’s story on the welcome cards in our room.

The hotel is in an outstanding location downtown, being close to many of the city's main sites as well as the trendy districts of Yaletown and Gastown. The room was a decent size and very clean and comfortable. Despite only being on the fourth floor, the room also felt quiet.
Excellent location, only steps from B.C. Place where the Lions and Whitecaps play, and also Rogers Arena, where the Canucks and Warriors play. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Very safe area, a leisurely walking distance to Gastown and Yaletown.
Room had a separate sitting area and small kitchenette. It felt more like a small apartment than a basic hotel room. Close to Yaletown for lots of restaurant
Choices.
Attached pub has great food.
Easy transit connections with the route 23 bus stop right out front. Easy access to canada line station at yaletown roundhouse or the expo line at stadium/Chinatown. Great views from. English beach.
Red umbrella cafe up the street has great breakfast.
We visited for our wedding anniversary, and the staff went out of their way to make it special, sending wine and chocolate to our room and even upgrading our suite! We felt pampered and appreciated, and loved the fact that we could walk to everywhere we wanted to visit, including Stanley Park, Gastown, Chinatown, Yaletown, and the ferry to Granville Island. We put in a lot of miles on foot, but that's perfect for us.
Room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. Location of the hotel was perfect- close to Gastown, close to Yaletown, close to the bridge to cross over, and right next to the Expo if you're going to an event. Nice that 7-11 was closeby too to get water. I felt safe here as a female traveling alone.
Excellent location! Having never been to Vancouver before, Yaletown is an excellent location. Very central, feels safe, lots of restaurants and coffee shops, close to the water -- a nice neighborhood! Kitchen was well equipped.
Great location; within walking distance to Sunset Beach and restaurants in Yaletown. Right down the road to hop onto the ferry to get to Granville Island.
