Great location. Walkable. Clean. Fashionable design. Plenty coffee pots and bottles of water for free. L’Occitane toiletries (the verveine line too which is my favourite). Roomy bathroom. Helpful, amicable (and good-looking) staff. GREAT value for money. FINALLY one reasonably charged hotel in Downtown Vancouver. Lindt chocolate store downstairs in case you need to grab a gift for a friend real fast. Cafes nearby. Oh and HEATED BATHROOM FLOOR!! (The Illy coffee is great, the machine not so much. The round handle on the Illy mug is so unpractical.)

The property is conveniently located..it’s clean and the staff was wonderful, highly recommend reserving the e-bikes. The French pasty shoe attached to the hotel was wonderful as well.

The location of this hotel is great. A few blocks to Yaletown where there are lots of restaurants to choose from. We enjoyed biking around Stanley park and there are designated biking lanes one block over making biking enjoyable. Beds were very comfy.
Plenty room, very clean , helpful staff and the location in Yaletown was close to many restaurants and to the Canada train line for transportation to the airport.
The location is great - a short walk to Granville Island and Yaletown. The room was spacious and clean. The adjoining restaurant provided good meal options.
