Breakfast was a La carte and offered many wonderful choices. The omelettes and hash browns were perfection. The dinner menu offered less choices but the food was still very good. It is the staff at this hotel that makes a stay so pleasant. From check in to check out, we could not have been treated more graciously.

The rooms are absolutely stunningly beautiful. Sexy and elegant – lots of marble. Beautiful colour palette. The beds are uber comfy. All the touches like the little maple toffees and the Madelines upon arrival: all spectacular . They raise the service bar extremely high— every staff member I dealt with was professional, capable, and customer-service oriented.

This property has amazing views. What I most liked about this apartment is it’s close to everything. Grocery store is across the street. Union station is a street or two over if you are coming from/going to the airport. The water taxi is just a 5 min walk if you want to go to the islands or book a boat tour. There are also many eateries around the area.
It was close to what I needed to get to easily. It is close to Union station so it is very easy to get to and from the airport. The rooms were clean and quiet. The hostel is social but still respectful of quiet hours, which was a nice balance.
The location is walkable close to Union Station, CN Tower, Scotiabank Arena and Rogers Centre. It was less expensive than nearby hotels. It served the purposes of a place to sleep at night. It just barely matches some of the pictures. There's isn't a lot to recommend.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Everything was clean!!! The hotel was right at the stadium and steps away from the Aquarium and CN Tower. Easy walk to the Hockey Hall of Fame, Union Station,and many Restaurants/Bars.
The hotel is right across the street from Union Station, and a short subway ride from Pearson Airport. Nearby venues such as Scotiabank Arena St. Lawrence Market, & the CN Tower are within walking distance. Gold Experience breakfast was wonderful. Scrambled eggs that weren't overcooked. Eggs Benedict with runny yolks (just how my wife loves them). Bacon, breakfast sausages, potatoes, and a selection of juices. The same room has desserts & drinks available in the evening.

Many restaurants and bars close by and an excellent bar in the Hotel. Room was spacious, clean and well furnished.
The hotel is in a great location! About 10 minutes walking from Union Station and maybe 10 minutes from Yonge-Dundas Square. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Everyone working there is super friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early. You can store luggage before/after checking in and out.
Great location. Just a few blocks from Union Station, ScotiaBank Centre and Roger’s Centre. Nice view of downtown and partially of the lake. Cost is significantly less than most downtown hotels.
The apartment itself was very nice and the location was great. Fully equipped kitchen. Grocery store right in front. A few minutes away from Union station and Convention Center. Host was responsive. Would be suited for a couple as there's really only one bed.
