Friendly staff welcomed us to this wonderful hotel. Large, clean room with classy decor. Peaceful breakfast room with tasty menu choices and no noisy television. Quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to all of our favourite stops. We will be staying here on our next visit to Victoria.

Fantastic hotel. Clearly the best during our road trip to Canada and the PNW. From our arrival to our departure everything was perfect. We had a very spacious corner room that was beautifully appointed and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. The restaurant, The Courtney Room was outstanding for breakfast and we were fortunate enough to enjoy the tasting menu with pairing wines at dinner which was incredible. By far the best meal on our trip. Location was ideal.
