They offered to place a diffuser in the room, and the rainwater shower head was lovely. vallet parking made things easy and the location was perfect for us.

We were in the large king suite and the room was beautiful, especially the bathroom. The pool and steam room were wonderful, but the best part was the staff. They were extremely courteous and helpful, I highly recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by staff with a glass of sparkling rosé (a genius benefit apparently), which was generously topped up before we went to our room 😁 The upgraded room was comfortable, with a nice couch and large window. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. We both had a great sleep.

Its a very beautiful park, the city view, I learned about cooperation of the first croatian Park and I feel that human being can do amazing things together and now the people from that country are suffering a war.
The place was quiet, especially the bedroom, for the area. The kitchen appliances, although old, all worked. There was a large fridge, stove, and microwave. There were cutlery and dishes provided and a dining table. It was clean. We liked the location and could walk to the VanDusen Botanical Gardens and Queen Elizabeth Park although quite a distance.
