The process for checking in was very convenient and the apartment was beautiful and had all the amenities needed. It's located really well, close to the Ossington/Queen Street West area with plenty of nice cafes and shops nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable beds and practical apartment for a family with 3 children. Nice location, could see the CN tower from the balcony and ate at a great restaurant extremely close to the hotel. The information on using the car parking which was sent initially seemed complex on reading it, but actually was very easy in practice and we felt the car was very safely parked and it was very easy to access the hotel room from the carpark with our luggage once we had parked.
