We had a really big room with lots of space to relax. The hosts/owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is modest looking but clean! And it is next door to Hopewell rocks park.

The comfort, breakfast and hospitality was wonderful!! Marisca goes above and beyond to make sure you have an excellent and special stay at the B&B. The homemade cookies waiting in the room and also given at departure was quite touching. The renovation of this beautiful home is well done. A nice gem to relax and rest.

Location is as close to Hopewell Rocks park as you can get! Motel is showing its age but the important things like the bed and shower are new and as good as in any hotel. Breakfast was fabulous.
Beds were very comfortable and bedding and pillows were great. The air conditioner worked great. Liked being able to park right outside our door. Liked the screened porch and bench seat out the back door of the room that faced the river. Liked that there was breakfast included - we got food and took it back to our room. Great location near the entrance to Hopewell Rocks park.
