We stayed for four nights and was a fantastic base for exploring Pictou and surrounding beaches and areas . The hosts Elizabeth and Glenn were welcoming and went beyond the expected to make our stay comfortable and fun . The rooms were exceptional, comfortable beds and bathroom and breakfast was wonderful . A comfortable living room and close to town for restaurants and sightseeing. I’m glad we had a multiple

The location was very good. The town is small and the room was close to everything we wanted to do. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was excellent. The breakfast was made to order and was very good.

Great room. Decorated in thematic tones. Comfortable king bed, on the firm side, which we appreciated. Brekkie was outstanding! The place was quiet and fastidiously clean. No reason to bypass this historical building and fabulous hosts!!

Beautiful property with a sea view, the owner was very kind and helpful to us , and you can walk to town. Our room was comfortable and cozy, we had everything we needed. The breakfast was wonderful, lots of choices of delicious fruit, muffins, yogurt, etc.
We loved staying at this historic home in Pictou! Our hosts were very attentive and charming! We loved a bountiful breakfast served in a very quaint front room. We also enjoyed the parlor for socializing and resting. The home is so close to the Hector Heritage Quay (museum), the waterfront, some excellent restaurants and a lively entertainment tent (set up for the summer tourist season). Highly recommend!
