They made us feel comfortable when we felt we may have booked a hotel outside our usual level of accommodation. (Aka, fancier than usual.)
Also, breakfast was amazing.

From check in to check out my experience at The Pownal was great. It's close to my favourite restaurant, The MerchantMan (check out photos). This was my tenth stay here and looking forward to my next trip to Charlottetown.
