We were in the large king suite and the room was beautiful, especially the bathroom. The pool and steam room were wonderful, but the best part was the staff. They were extremely courteous and helpful, I highly recommend this hotel.

They offered to place a diffuser in the room, and the rainwater shower head was lovely. vallet parking made things easy and the location was perfect for us.
The hotel has an extraordinary location, situated in a safe area just two blocks from Canada Place. The front desk staff is highly customer-focused and was very helpful and friendly.
Congratulations to the hotel staff—they have an excellent attitude, showing themselves to be helpful, professional, and quick to provide solutions to any concerns I had during my stay.
The staff are very pleasant and helpful. They allowed us a late checkout of 12 noon. The room has a kitchen which allowed us to be self sufficient. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk to Canada Place. We chose this hotel for the price but it is not the best location.
The service was first rate, the room was excellent and quiet and the king bed was comfortable. The hotel was well situated within walking distance of Canada place and Stanley park.
Location was excellent. Easy, walking-distance access to supermarkets and liquor stores, and similarly to Canada Place where one catches buses to local attractions (we did Grouse Mountain and Capilano Bridge). Plenty of cafes/restaurants close by - indeed right at the ground floor of the building!
Information provided in the apartment was very useful (including which street areas to avoid due to (sadly) homeless people. The in-apartment facilities all worked well.
Location location location. Going on a Cruise out of Vancouver ?? Two blocks from Canada Place.. Two blocks from the Canada line from the airport.. Best value hotel in this vicinity, Rooms and beds comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Do yourself a favor and have breakfast in the attached Hydra restaurant.. you will not regret it.
Hotel was easy to get too from Canada Place. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Liked the secure floor access from the elevator and having only 8 rooms to a floor made it quieter. Parking lot was well lit and parking spots were readily available. The ability to chrome caste your own movies onto the television was a nice touch. Nice to have a refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, and Tea kettle available too! Breakfast at the hotel restaurant, Abode was amazing. Staff were great!
This is a fantastic hotel. It is very central to the downtown area and free shuttle buses to the Capilano bridge, good restaurants and Canada Place.
The bed and pillows are heavenly. It was a very spacious room with a good shower and spotlessly clean. One of the things I loved most was it has filtered and sparkling water free on every floor of the hotel. We stayed for three nights and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It also had a 12 midday checkout time. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Great hotel friendly staff enormous room with great view and great location. The hop on hop off bus stop right out the front and walking distance to Canada place and sunset beach.
The room and the hotel were really nice. The bed was comfortable. The pool was nice but the water could be a little warmer. Location was nice, a 15 minute walk to Gastown and Stanley Park. 10 minutes to Canada place.
The bed was large and comfortable, the room was on the eighth floor with a view and a jacuzzi. the hotel is located in downtown Vancouver a 10 minute walk to Canada Place or over the bridge to Granville Island. Breakfast staff were very helpful.
