The room was spacious and really nice. The pool area was also super nice and well maintained. We were only able to sunbathe one time because of the weather, but it was a relaxing experience.

Beautiful hotel. Well appointed and luxurious and in a great location. Staff were wonderful, all of them that felt like they had a genuine duty of care to ensure a pleasant stay and experience in SP. The staff was always willing to help me even though I didn't understand the language well. My room was always clean with a new towel everyday. Water and refreshers available for purchase at even better prices than supermarkets. The breakfast was delicious and complete, with juice, coffee, milk, bread and something sweet to accompany.

The studio was spacious and light, with a large comfortable bed and decent sized bathroom. The smart tv was a good addition along with the basic kitchen equipment and storage in the room. Staff were friendly and available 24/7. We loved the location - the area felt very safe and has a lot of good restaurants. It was easy to access the central area (Avenida Paulista and MASP, etc.) by Uber, and the nearby Ibirapuera park is definitely worth a visit. The on-site convenience store was very useful too.
