Just stayed at this newly built hotel (only a month old!) and overall had a great experience! They’re still finishing things up—like their restaurant, which is only open for breakfast right now, and small room details (no hair dryer or iron at first), but the super helpful staff quickly brought us anything we needed.
Here’s what I loved:
- The staff and management were amazing—super friendly and really attentive. We needed a chair with back support, and they brought it right away.
- 24/7 communication on WhatsApp was a lifesaver! No phone calls necessary, which is a huge plus if you’re not into making calls.
- The bed was large and seriously comfortable. Got some of the best sleep!
- They have orthopedic pillows (!) with two different firmness levels (!!) —total game-changer for a good night’s sleep.
- Lighting was on point! You could adjust the lights in the room and bathroom just how you like it, with warm, cozy yellow lighting. It’s one of those little things that makes a big difference.
- The breakfasts were delicious—strong coffee, local pastries, plus healthy options like scrambled eggs, veggies, and fresh fruit.

I did not expect to be so good the hotel, small but totally nice , comfortable with the most perfect view around Strongly recommend it. Do not expect Luxury, but for normal people will be great and for them will be 10 from 10 points.

Very large impressive site situated sprawling across the hillside, limited facilities inside one drinks machine so take plenty to drink as its hot and dry and a lot of walking to get upto the chapel on the top. Worth it for the amazing murals covering the walls and ceiling. I couldn't walk around the rest of the site too much for me and apart form the chapel I'd probably have been just as well to take photos from the bottom.

Very clean and beautiful decorated 2 bedroom apartment. We were on the second floor of the house amazing view of the city and walking distance from the city center , restaurants and Tsarevets Fortress.
Solid 3 star hotel, close to Tsarevets Fortress. Private parking available, yet at a surcharge. The kind bed + sofa bed room was changed to triple room with 2 twins pushed together, that actually better for us.
Modern and very comfortable apartment. Very nice and helpful hosts who met us outside and helped to park in the hotel's private parking, which is a great advantage.

The apartment is very new and beautiful with stunning views. The host has left ALL kinds of amenities, going well beyond the standard. He also arranged a spot for us at a nearby parking which is very hard to find in Tarnovo. The location is very close to Old town and the Tsarevets fortress.

The ambience in the apartment is magical! The furniture is well-chosen and attention is paid to every detail. The view from the balcony is amazing. The location of the place is great - 2 minutes by walk to Tsarevets Fortress. Finding a parking place wasn't a problem at all. Highly recommended!
The terrace is definitely a perfect place to watch light show at Tsarevets Fortress (the show is at 21:40-22:00). I would happy to visit this hotel if I travel to Veliko Tarnovo in the future!
Walking distance from Tsarevets fortress, the hotel offers comfortable rooms, the restaurant offers only breakfast, which was very rich and varried every day. For lunch and dinner they offer 10% discount in some local restaurants. The rooms are tastefully decorated, heated. Very good base for exploring Veliko Turnovo by foot and car.
