Clean and quiet room. Bed was comfortable. Great location close to everything. Good food and service in the restaurant. Stuff was friendly.

I wish I could give a "20" for this hotel, but I can only do a "10". Such a well designed place! - Staff - All the staff are awesome and very kind people. They welcomed us with a glass of prosecco at the check-in. We needed a few small things during the stay and everything was served in a very high professional manner. - The hotel is a piece of Art - hand painted doors and windows with bulgarian "shevica" elements. Colorful ceilings in style that comply very well with the Koprivshtica town architecture. Incredible paintings of one of the bulgarian famous artists Peter Mitchev - "Pedro". - The food - We tested most of the dishes from the menu. Everything was so delicious and prepared by the hands of a "Master Chef". A food-art which is a pure pleasure for all of your perceptions. One little remark here to make is that the size of the portions is a little bit smaller, but I assume it is somehow expected for such an experience. However, if you go for a 3 course dinner, it is still completely enough to get you filled. - The SPA - Clean, modern interior, warm water pools, relaxing music... Everything you need for your relaxation. I tried the flotation capsule and it was very refreshing (it is charged additionally). - The Room - Soft and clean sheets with a comfortable mattress (at least for us). They gave us water with coffee and 2 little bottles of red and white wines as a compliment (a bottle is enough for 2 glasses) :). - Prices - We think that the hotel offers prices that are relevant to the quality of the whole experience. It's definitely worth it and will come back again.

Very clean hotel, delicious restaurant, one of the few open in the village in winter. Very friendly staff who tried to help with everything.

Very nice cozy room. The beds were comfortable and there was enough room for 3 people. There was always hot water and both the room and the bathroom were clean. Nice location in the center of the village. There was parking nearby although we visited the village off season so it might be full otherwise. Good wifi and smart tv to pass the time. The room was always warm.

Perfect location with a panoramic view of the mountain all around you and just 3-4 minutes walk down to the town center. Plenty of parking space around the house. Floor heating in the room. Large bed with comfortable mattress. Spotless clean with fresh sheets and towels. Android TV with paid sports channels. Informative and polite owner but never invasive in your decisions - just what you want from an owner. One of the best places to stay in Koprivshtitsa for sure.

Clean. Quiet. Beautifully decorated. Fabulous shower! Fancy coffee machine upstairs (but please wait until everyone is awake because it is loud). Convenient location. Communication was excellent Host drove us to the stop to catch the mini bus to the train station, which was critical because I'm not sure we would have found it easily.
