Our recent four night stay at the Residence Konstantina Palace was an unexpected pleasure. I’m a bit of a hotel snob, and I was slightly apprehensive when I arrived in Kazanlak. However, the hotel was great. The room was large, with a huge bathroom and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was sparkling clean and even included a bidet. The shower worked well, with good water pressure, although the mechanism to shift from tub to shower spray was a bit confusing to operate at first.
My favorite thing about the hotel was the remarkably good breakfast. It was included in our room rate and the food choices were varied and delicious. And Deliana, the breakfast hostess, was charming. Overall, a great stay at the Konstantina Palace!

We visited the Relax Hotel with my family and were extremely satisfied! The accommodation was very comfortable, the rooms extremely spacious and incredibly clean. We were especially impressed with the warm and friendly staff who attended to our every need. There were special activities for the kids (an amazing playground and pool with hot water, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The spa was also of a high standard, perfect for relaxation. The hotel is perfect for a family holiday - we recommend it with both hands and will definitely be back!
