Hı, the lady Simona was really kind and helpful. She did her best to help us with everything. However, not all staff were the same, some of them need teaching about customers and customers need. I asked for an extra blanket as it was getting cold during my stay, but the lady at the reception first declined to provide as she was the only one on the desk and not supposed to leave the reception unattended. After 20 minutes of explanation that we need the blanket otherwise we would get cold and sick, she begrudgingly went upstairs and came back with a blanket without a case on. They obviously ran out of the blanket case(

A brand new hotel located in a newer area of the city, walking distance from the Vitosha metro station and the big Paradise mall, there is a supermarket inside the mall as well as next to it, so everything is close and convenient. The room was excellent, beautiful and clean and so was the whole hotel. Excellent for a couple’s stay who want some quiet.

The apartment is within easy walking distance of The Mall. It was convenient to have several restaurants there to choose from. I wasn’t happy to realize it was a first floor apartment, but I felt safe with the roller door down. I would stay there again.
Absolutely wonderful, clean and comfortable, convenient location to the mall and to the airport, bonus is the underground garage for no extra charge. Nothing but good words to say. My arriving flight was cancelled and rebooked for two days later. I called the hotel to ask if can move my reservation and the staff was enough courteous to understand my situation and moved the reservation. I am so grateful to them for doing this and will definitely stay again.

The apartment is in a great location and is accessible by the metro system, which is close by. The building's central location to the Mall of Sofia, the main boulevard and other sites is also a huge plus. Clean, well-furnished, everything worked inside the unit, the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. There is nothing to complain about. Recommend and will be returning in the future.
Extremely responsive and flexible host. The apartment is even better than on photos. Very convenient for long stays like ours. Very nice location. Park, mall, metro, shops. Unexpectedly convenient closed area with a place for kids to play outdoors. Pool and gym are pretty nice. Also, there are better ones in the mall across the street.
