The hotel seems to be brand new, so it's very clean and tasteful. My room was warm and the bed - very comfortable. The staff were very nice and welcoming. In the small street in front of the hotel there was always a parking spot available which was very convenient.

It's just a great place to stay in Pleven. Parking, kinda important, is free and definitely a plus. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and pretty polite. A/C worked perfectly. Beds were very comfy. Wifi was fast and reliable. The sauna was also very well-equipped for use, and the breakfast was fantastic. Very vibrant and fresh ambient. Nice architecture and decoration! No noise coming from the street. We would stay here again. The location of the hotel is excellent. Perfectly value for money in Pleven!
