A good hotel with effective air conditioning. Felt welcome upon arrival, at reception. During th stay, however, some waiters behaved really rudely towards us, the paying guests.

The reception team and the other staff were extremely friendly and helpful on our arrival, they went above and beyond throughout our stay.

Great location (walking distance to the Old Nesebar), incredible view to the sea, friendly stuff, amazing animation team, not to forget the food. We had a really good time here.
Lovely staff who couldn't do enough for us, very efficient housekeeping, comfortable and modern rooms, great location. The rooms are above a very nice courtyard restaurant with live music in the evenings, and right in the middle of old Nesebar. This is clearly a class above any other hotel in Nesebar, but still quite new and has a few areas for improvement to live up to the price.
The hotel is located 3-400 meters from the entrance in the old Nesebar and there is also a parking 200 meters from the hotel, costing 8 leva for 4 to 24 hours. The room is OK, the hotel is located on a side street so no much noise. The breakfast is not exceptional and is served near the pool. The bed is round and very confortable.
The hotel is a nice walk away from Old Nesebar, half board is good value for money, food is delicious, servers are friendly. Pool and deck are nice, beachfront is amazing.
We loved everything, the hotel was great, as expected (it was our forth time there). We will return for sure. The staff is very nice and helpful, the location is perfect in the heart of the old Nesebar and the food served is simply delicious.
The food was ok, even though not everything was tasty, that depends on everybody, but you had what to eat.
The bed was really big and comfy. The hotel has billiard and foosball and ping pong. It was really close to Old Nesebar.
We were here not in the main season but in the middle of June, so there was not so frequent place at all. We had a room with big terrace and sea view, where we spent one rainy day. Room was clean and comfy, but on Sunday there is no housekeeping so be careful :D Good location for walks around Old Nesebar and also near to bus spot, from where you can take a bus to the airport or Burgas. There are many restaurants where you can eat local Bulgarian food and it's really good and tasty like local wine and beer. Nice experience.
