Great location, a short walk from the NDK subway station and Vitosha Boulevard. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and I liked that the room was heated well and there was even an electric heater for extra heating, if desired.
I liked that the property is charmingly renovated in a modern industrial style. It’s spacious with high ceilings, located in a prime spot near NDK. There’s also the option for parking in a 24-hour guarded lot, even though it's 800 meters away. The host was very friendly and accommodating.
10/10! Brand new apartment. Super clean and spacious! Fantastic location one block from Vitosha and nearby the NDK.

This hotel has the most perfect hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Everything appears to be brand new and it has alot of space plus very clean. The bed is extremely comfortable also the sir conditioningbis perfect. The only thing I would prefer is a flexible shower hose which there is only the overhead one. The rooftop bar has a nice view for coffee. The restaurant and coffee shop is nice on the ground level also. I was able to park inside the grounds of the hotel. I decided to walk to Vitosha Blvd. and the NDK this took around 35 minutes.
The apartment is well equipped and the check in was easy not as complicated as it is explained in the message. The communication with the responsible was fast. I gave the apartment 10 because it is really well renovated and there is everything you need. The location is perfect, nearby the metro and tram and 5min walking to NDK and vitoshka street. They need only to clean it well i mean hygienically cleanse. I will stay again in my next trip
It was welcoming, clean, modern, and well-maintained. Very centrally located near NDK, great restaurants, coffee shop, and grocery stores. It was easy to communicate with Nelly and accessing the apartment was a breeze.
Cozy spacious clean room, kind and friendly staff. Location is just next to the NDK, walking distance from the city centre, very convenient place. Kitchen was big with many plates and utensils. Totally enjoyed the beautiful city at this relaxing apartment.
First of all, the location is exceptional - especially if you are going to a show/venue at NDK. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The beds were very comfortable (as were the pillows - usually one of my pet 'peeves'). The breakfast was without doubt, the very best I have experienced in Sofia.
