Kind owners. They let me change my dates when it was heavy snow. I could not travel on the original date. They received me kindly when my travel day took much longer than expected. They gave me Christmas cookies and a warm welcome. The house had been warmed for my arrival. I liked the outdoor cooking, it was fun. The peace of the village was wonderful.
Definitely worth a weekend trip. We stayed in the main School house. Incredible large rooms with real fireplace and the whole place had a relaxing ambiance, Pool looked nice for the summer, Nice village above the Krushuna Waterfalls. Friendly welcoming staff. Good for a long weekend. Around the village are many caves and there is horse riding, 2 trampolines and table tennis.
If you want to see the Krushuna waterfalls/caves, this is the perfect hotel to stay at. It is at a 5 minutes walk from the waterfall. We were with an 8 months baby and had no problems. The conditions are well above the 3 stars that Cattleya currently has (and even better than some 4 star hotel we've stayed at). The breakfast is good, with sufficient variety. The looks are very modern and the rooms are very clean. Would totally recommend for the value for money.
