In the center of Pleven and a privat parking place, the hotel appealed with an inviting, warm and friendly welcome. The hotel team was all time available and supported us for all planned aims. Cafés and restaurants were next to the hotel. The room was cushy, calm, commodious and moreover quite elegant furnished. A stay we can absolute recommend.

Location is perfect, right next to the water cascades, the Mall, and on the walking city center street.
The property itself is like a gallery full of marvelous pictures, the beds are comfortable.
We stayed in a standard triple room which was ok in terms is size for 3 people.

My style of hotel - not too big, with unique features.
Very comfortable large bed with lovely soft pillows. Nice bathroom. Free parking. Great location with lots of nice eating places nearby, extremely close to the center of the city. Interesting decor reflecting the uniquness of this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Clean and tidy property with new furniture and all needed facilities (there is an iron and ironing desk as well). Close to the city centre and Kaylaka park. There are enough free parking spaces around the property. The host lady was polite and friendly. It was really convenient that you can self-check out, instead of waiting for the hosts, by dropping the keys in the keys’ box next to the door.
Very friendly service, great location in Kaylaka park, very good food, great pool, dog friendly, they even brought us water and food bowls, dog bad and a dog toy for our pet🙂.
Amazing location in the middle of the Kaylaka Park, an oasis of peace & nature. The staff was polite & discreet. The Internet did not work on the first day, none of the networks were available from the room, but this was somehow fixed on the next day and it worked great until we left. The breakfast was purchased separately and was incredible. Big room, big bathroom, great water pressure & really hot water instantly available.
