Outstanding! First time in the last 10 years that a hotel was waiting for the customer with running air conditioning!!! I was so pleased, after a 5 hour trip, driving in full sun at 36 degrees I walked into a perfectly chilled room!!!

The personnel from the front desk and restaurant were smiling all the time and were answered immediately to any requests!

Everything! The location is perfect!
The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. The room was lovely and had a great view of St. George mausoleum.
Good sound proofing meant that the room was almost completely silent.
Free coffe and tea was an unexpected plus. Decor was stylish. Free private parking.
The major thing for us was the location and comfort, so we highly recommend!
Clean and tidy property with new furniture and all needed facilities (there is an iron and ironing desk as well). Close to the city centre and Kaylaka park. There are enough free parking spaces around the property. The host lady was polite and friendly. It was really convenient that you can self-check out, instead of waiting for the hosts, by dropping the keys in the keys’ box next to the door.
Very friendly service, great location in Kaylaka park, very good food, great pool, dog friendly, they even brought us water and food bowls, dog bad and a dog toy for our pet🙂.
Amazing location in the middle of the Kaylaka Park, an oasis of peace & nature. The staff was polite & discreet. The Internet did not work on the first day, none of the networks were available from the room, but this was somehow fixed on the next day and it worked great until we left. The breakfast was purchased separately and was incredible. Big room, big bathroom, great water pressure & really hot water instantly available.
