Everything beside the parking and the manager lady from the reception who clearly don’t know that is not a coustomer fault that they don’t have enough parking spot for their room.. she doesn’t know how to de escalate a conversation.. there were people who come after us even though we had there first for our reservation.. so -10000 for the manager lady and for the Parking

Everything was excellent. This is our second time at PalmBeach Hotel and did not regret the choice. Together with our Golden Retriever dog, we had a beautiful vacation, thanks to the wonderful staff. We had a problem with one of the beds on the first night, the staff immediately helped us out, offering many options to choose from-and in the end everything was great. The restaurant is amazing, even for Vegetarians there are so many options to choose from, and really diverse meals on daily basis. From all my travelling experience, this is the single hotel where everybody - from reception / chefs / bartenders / room cleaning - everybody was really trying their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you Pam Beach for making our vacation such a lovely experience, again :).

Rooms, especially bathrooms hadn't been cleaned in a while and this sucked, since I chose this hotel for the advertised cleanliness. Also, the hotel never made public the fact that it didn't have an elevator...we were given rooms on the third floor and we are in our late sixties...I asked for a lower floor (they had rooms on lower floors but they refused)...I would not recommend this hotel to my enemies !

Golden Sands is a modern resort, with beautiful and interesting buildings where the useful combines beautifully with the functional.
The natural setting is pleasant and diversified, located at the mountain and sea junction. The access roads are well maintained and can be easily reached from the city of Varna or the airport in Burgas.
The most unpleasant part is the crowding and the lack of parking spaces.

We were glad our hotel was at the end of the boulevard from Golden Sands, so it was nice and calm, no noise from partying people and loud bars or cafe's Glad I didn't book a hotel in the middle of the hustle and bustle because that would have cost us a lot of sleep.... We didn't go out for a drink of dinner because our hotel provided us with this. We just walked and looked around what was for sale in the many stalls with clothes and bags and touristic stuff you can buy abroad.

Pretty standard East European seaside resort. Beach filled with cigarette butts, with dirty umbrellas and beach furniture. A lot of shops eith overpriced items, and restauranta with mostly overpriced foods. Some kids attractions that might be interesting for them for a few days.
Located in the more quiet side of Golden Sands, this hotel delivers in terms of facilities (2 pools, private beach, restaurants) and staff friendliness. Even though the number of customers was very high, we could still find a table at the restaurant every time, thanks to the support of the staff. Food was alright and diversified. Every evening there were activities for the clients and their children. We found this hotel as a good overall choice for a family with a child.
Reception staff, in particular Ana Maria was polite, professional and very helpful.
Location is perfect. Building is situated in the front by the boardwalk in a quiet area of Golden Sands, yet centrally located! Hotel is one minute walk to a private beach. Huge terrace with a beautiful view to the Black Sea. Apartment exceeded expectations: spacious rooms, hallway, full kitchen. Supermarket is in front of hotel. Super convenient. Would definitely stay there again!
What a hidden gem!! Had a wonderful stay! The hotel is near the beautiful bulgarian beach, food was great, I especially enjoyed the yummy breakfast. The staff was really kind and helpful, gave me some great tips for activities to do around. Will recommend and visit again for sufe. Thank you, palma hotel for the wonderful stay!
