The rooms were absolutely beautiful ,it had a double bed with a beautiful view from the sixth floor facing the sea .The rooms were modern and clean at all times (the cleaners re stocked everything each morning ).For two people it was the perfect size for our 5 night stay .There were good proportions of food for breakfast lunch and dinner each day as well as desert which saved us a lot of money by not having to buy food from the outside .Although the property is uphill (just like all the other hotels )the free shuttle service was very useful for our journey .Regarding the staff ,they were very useful and quick to react to your requests .As soon as plates pile up on the table they immediately remove them to give you a more comfortable space and whenever we were walking around the hotel ,there’s always someone cleaning up at all times .It was such a cozy and comfortable hotel to stay in .Also checking in was the fastest process as I was also worried it would take ages but the staff were very helpful and supportive .We came in before our checking in time which is usually 2:30 for everyone but there’s a room you can leave your luggage at and still walk around the hotel if you

Rooms, especially bathrooms hadn't been cleaned in a while and this sucked, since I chose this hotel for the advertised cleanliness. Also, the hotel never made public the fact that it didn't have an elevator...we were given rooms on the third floor and we are in our late sixties...I asked for a lower floor (they had rooms on lower floors but they refused)...I would not recommend this hotel to my enemies !

Golden Sands is a modern resort, with beautiful and interesting buildings where the useful combines beautifully with the functional.
The natural setting is pleasant and diversified, located at the mountain and sea junction. The access roads are well maintained and can be easily reached from the city of Varna or the airport in Burgas.
The most unpleasant part is the crowding and the lack of parking spaces.

We were glad our hotel was at the end of the boulevard from Golden Sands, so it was nice and calm, no noise from partying people and loud bars or cafe's Glad I didn't book a hotel in the middle of the hustle and bustle because that would have cost us a lot of sleep.... We didn't go out for a drink of dinner because our hotel provided us with this. We just walked and looked around what was for sale in the many stalls with clothes and bags and touristic stuff you can buy abroad.

Pretty standard East European seaside resort. Beach filled with cigarette butts, with dirty umbrellas and beach furniture. A lot of shops eith overpriced items, and restauranta with mostly overpriced foods. Some kids attractions that might be interesting for them for a few days.
The hotel has a spa area with mineral water. It is located on the third row of hotels in Golden Sands. At the beginning of June, there were enough parking spaces, but a fee of BGN 20 per day is payable. This is a standard resort-wide fee.
The room was good but smelled of cigarettes. The terrace was also nice.
The hotel is mostly used by groups from abroad.
Upon check-in, a deposit of BGN 50 is left, which is returned upon departure.
Pros: the rooms were big and the twin beds were comfortable enough. We attended the dinner and Breakfest as part of the all inclusive package and we were very happily surprised with the good food served! There were plenty of options - from salads, sandwiches, meats and cheeses, traditional Bulgarian food, desserts, drinks, etc etc. The bar was open until midnight, which was good. The pool wasn’t too cold and a large size.
