The staff was extremely helpful, helping me with my luggage and offering me to ride the elevator together, as I am afraid of elevators. The breakfast buffet is enormous, with lots of vegan and healthy options. Guests are welcomed by various kinds of smoothies and pastries at the reception.

We loved this hotel! The amenities are so good, from the comfy bed to the modern fixtures in the bedroom. The hotel gym is stunning and well equipped. It was easy to navigate all the tech in the room to manage the lights, controls and booking system. This has become our favourite hotel in Brussels and we will be back!
