The location was great. The hotel itself was comfortable and luxurious. Everyone at the front desk was kind and helpful. The beds were so comfortable, as were the pillows of course! We traveled with our toddler and they gave him a special kids blanket, which most hotels do not offer so he loved that. All in all, we loved our stay and would highly recommend.

The hostel is well located, within walking distance of Brussels Central Station and some major landmarks, museums, shops, restaurants, and grocery/convenience stores. The breakfast did not disappoint; it included fruits, cereals, various breads, spreads, cold cuts, and both cold and hot beverages. The facilities as a whole are great, and the common areas are very welcoming and cozy. It exceeded my expectations.
Location us perfect, 1 block from Brussels Central Station and easily walkable to the best sights in central Brussels. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful.
Clean, neat, smells good, provided initial items if you forgot to pack them, comfortable beds. It is accessible for the elderly and most disabled people but if you are on a wheelchair you’ll have to ask the stuff if there’s an alternative elevator as the one I used has a small door.
