Nothing, very disappointed that a hotel staff to keep your money when you cancel a reservation due to weather and airport issues with flights. I will NEVER book this hotel again. Beware, the hotel staff are not truthful and honest. There are plenty of other hotels to stay at in the area that are willing to refund your money due to weather issues/hurricanes etc.

Very nicely decorated. Staff were all friendly. Everyone there was making sure we had a nice time! We were celebrating my partners birthday, and they were very kind! Very much enjoyed our stay! Also the beds were very comfortable.
