Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff at the reception, at bar, and especially the girl in SPA are very professional an polite. Breakfast was great. SPA was wonderful. The hotel is great.

When we arrived to the property it was locked and there were no one there. We didn’t get any message from the property after getting a confirmation of our reservation earlier that morning. When I messaged the property myself from their locked door, they responded almost 2 hours later, saying that their staff left early. We had to find another hotel urgently. And after that they wrote on booking.com that it was me who didn’t show up.
