The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was very big with plenty of space, the bed was comfortable. The hotel has it's own car parking spaces directly out front, I think about 8 or 9 spaces, the staff showed me where to park the car. I had a little trouble with the internet on the first night, but this was fixed and worked fine for the rest of my stay. The breakfast was all fresh and enough choices. The center of town is about 5 minutes walk away, you can walk through a park to get there which is nice. If you like your meats, restaurant called Mama Mia is at the main square and I had an excellent steak and wine.

The hotel is really small. The parking is only 6 spaces. If you’re in a wheelchair know that there is an elevator from the parking to the building but there needs to be someone with you so they can go to floor 0 and call it for you to -1. The restaurant has stairs so someone needs to go grab breakfast for you. The rooms are small and there is no wheelchair accessible bathroom. The air conditioner is not working properly. Also the road to the hotel is really confusing and small. We barely got to the parking, because the city Center is close and everyone is parking everywhere. So there is a chance that you won’t be able to get to the parking. Good luck in Bosnia.
