Highly recommend this hotel. The staff was so kind and hospitable, accommodating and early check in, and allowing me to leave my bags both before and after check in. The staff provided me with great recommendations to see some of the best parts of Sarajevo. The room itself was extremely clean, I didnt use the heat/air conditioning but the unit looked brand new. The windows provided a priceless view and opened nicely to cool the room down. Beds were comfortable and the location was perfect, right in the heart of Baščaršija, the historic center of Sarajevo. Despite being right in the center of the city, the hotel was quiet and peaceful. I highly, highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are large and modern, very pretty and comfortable. Close walking distance to the city center, the staff are lovely, they even welcomed us with a bottle of wine, cookies, and a hand written note. Breakfast was good, coffee was great. I would stay here again.

The staff were very nice and friendly, which made the hotel feel welcoming.
The location is great (it is right next to the Latin Bridge and very close to the main street in Sarajevo, which was great. Lots of shops nearby and places to get food. Also, the Bazaar was a 5 min walk from the hotel). The hotel has a lovely yellow colour and can easily be seen from a distance (photo below).
The room was lovely, the bathroom was particularly nice with a sort of marble-like look. There was no kettle in the room, but there was a really nice open-kitchen sort of room (2 photos with this review), which had a kettle and equipment you could use to cook your own food (hot plate etc), and a table/chairs area and sofa. This was a super nice touch! Makes it more sustainable for someone wanting to stay for a longer duration (as you can cook your own food etc).

Make sure you have enough time for this place. The audio guide was really worth having. Apart from exhibited photos, the gallery also played a lot documentary videos which we didn't even manage to watch them all due to time constrain.
