Decent and comfortable stay. Rooms were as shown online. Helpful staff who assisted us on our queries when we had questions. The location is perfect for those wanting to explore and be near the Bascarcija. You are literally in the thick of the historical venue.

The location was perfect being 2 minutes from the Old Town, and most, if not all, of the main attractions (museums/churches/river/old town/galleries) were within walking distance. The Hotel was very comfortable, with a very good breakfast selection. The staff (Zahra, Amila, Bakir, Emil) were excellent - very friendly and helpful, above and beyond! We asked them to call taxis on 3 occasions and the longest wait was 6 minutes!! I would not consider any alternative when I return to Sarajevo. Thank you all for a great stay. Future travellers - don't miss Kibe Mahala and Signovino restaurants - more expensive than many smaller ones, an a taxi ride away (5-8KM (less than £3)), but well worth it!!!

I liked the position of the hotel, I also liked the interior and exterior design of it. Staff is very nice, everyday some parts of the breakfast vary , which is quite nice. It is a bit difficult if you are intolerant to milk or gluten or perhaps vegan to find your right choice but the food was very good and I cannot complain. The sauna was also lovely.

Make sure you have enough time for this place. The audio guide was really worth having. Apart from exhibited photos, the gallery also played a lot documentary videos which we didn't even manage to watch them all due to time constrain.
