Just a very short walk from the train station making it easy to get to without a car. Room was good with ample tea/coffee supplies as well as complimentary soft drinks. Bed was very comfy and there was a view over the roof towards the sea. There was no noise from the pub below but I was there midweek. I ate at the Grillhouse below both nights and my meal was delicious and very good quality. There was also a drinks voucher and food discount.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
