The staff was lovely to take to knowable and very helpful the room was amazing definitely worth every dollar and the secure underground parking made the stay all the better for peace of mind it’s is without a doubt one of my favourite stays in Townsville would recommend it

Book tickets online. We didn’t and with covid they have apparently gone online with their tickets. You can’t rock up on the day. Staff were really rude about it. No signs anywhere advising of online tickets and it needs to be on their socials. A post created months ago does not count as letting customers know they need to buy tickets online. Not that great once you get in: dated, not much on display and unfriendly staff. Wouldn’t recommend.
